1. Order Processing Time

We collect personal information from you when you register on our website, place an order, or contact us through email or phone. We might collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pincode,  country and ip address.

2. Domestic Shipping

We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you purchase a product. We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner.

  • Shipping Method: We partner with reputable courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees) to ensure reliable delivery across India.
  • Shipping Cost:
  • Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping for all prepaid orders.
  • A flat shipping fee of INR 100 will be applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to remote areas might take longer.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email and SMS once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey.

3. Important Notes

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, please contact our customer support for assistance with redelivery.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event of a lost or damaged package during transit, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the package may be returned to us.
  • Changes to Orders: Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address or order contents can only be made within a very limited window (e.g., 1 hour) before dispatch. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.
